How to Add Products

Add Products  

1). Open Comb app 

2).  Tap the menu button. 

3). Under Business, tap the Products tab. 

4). Tap the yellow plus button. 

5). The Create Product page will appear. 

Add Products- Scan Barcode 

1). Tap the blue Scan button. 

2). Hold up the scanner to your product's barcode. 

3). Once scanned, the categories will fill with the product's information. 

4). Fill in any empty categories. 

5). Once finished,  tap the yellow  Create Product  button. 

6). The product will appear on your product page. 

Add Products- Manually 

1). Follow steps 1-5 of Add Products. 

2). Fill in every category with the product's information. 

3). Once finished, tap the yellow Create Product button. 

4). The product will appear on your product page. 

Confusing terms? Check out the definitions below! 

• Barcode -A code on any product that is machine readable. Here is what you are looking for. 

• SKU- A SKU stands for “stock keeping unit”.  It is the eight digit number retailers assign to an item to keep track of their inventory. 

• Low Stock Trigger-The low stock trigger will send you an alert when your stock hits a specific threshold.

  Default Tax- This is the tax rate specific to your area. The tax rate can be changed in the “My Business” section.
